Dont download ,dont play ,they ruined the game ,GAEA are very greedy people ,refuse to listen to any problems ,we made this game a success we spent A lot of money and A lot of time playing kingdom of Camelot ,instead of making it fun we are watching our friends leave every day .Dont Play Kingdom of Camelot ,lots of great games out there .This game sucks bad .

I had an issue with the game and Gaea just gives you the run around never answering questions or solving the issue. The forums for Camelot are not updated so you cant research the gear. Dont waste your money on Camelot.

Ive been playing for years now and I gotta say its amazing, you dont have to pay and you can still be good. This game is really fun.. But the customer service and the glitches are horrible.....

Players United GemStrike Dear Gaea, We have had enough so its quite simple : We are on GemStrike until YOU fix OUR game. The current "customer service team " is apparently unaware of the game mechanics and seemingly unwilling to enact a change or find suitable solutions. We are demanding a customer support team that truly understands all aspects of this game. We will no longer be silenced by the customer support blow-off lines such as "we will discuss things with the development team" and "I am sorry for your issue". Responses like these are not acceptable. We demand action regarding our complaints, not words designed to shut us down. Prizes/Competitions The continued disregard for player longevity is clear in what you offer up as prizes to us. The constant Divine15 competitions, when the minimum knight required to be able to effectively compete is a Divine25, are of no use to any player. The gear TK comps still handing out Season5 gear and Knightmare gear is extremely outdated and requires urgent attention. A player cannot successfully TK using Season 5 and Knightmare gear. The knight takeover system is destroying gamers hard work also. We would like to see a toggle switch that allows players to lock their Marshall in place so that knight knocking cannot occur due to an accidental knight reinforcing. Additionally, Merlin Madness has been a disgrace. StoneSkins and blood frenzies are not premium items and should be removed! We are United. We are Serious. We are on a total GemStrike! Both free and purchased gems will not be used in game until we are heard. We urge you take our demands seriously or we will continue to organize more extensive future gem strikes. Ignoring our plea will only cause further revenue drop, player desertion and ultimately the unfortunate,and very avoidable, death of this game. TheDukeOfHell world 128 Grail Wars is about the only thing I live for! Grail wars is still very glitchy! Still have marches frozen get kicked out cant see reports need I go one? The rest of the game is dead it cost to much and you give to little for that cost and the things you give are outdated and useless. You take weeks to respond and never seem to understand the issue. Plain & simple this games owner/operators dont care about you or your experience in game at all. Give best gear away days after workin hard for weeks to get it, refuse to respond to any trouble tickets you put in, dont keep event prizes up to date or useful, beyond glitchy so you just give up, money is all its about & theyre costing themselves dearly now. Also if you decide to play avoid 133 its the worst bunch of cry babies EVER & the epic cheats at "Thunderstruck" lead by useless Lu will ruin the very small satisfaction you might get from the game.

Gaea is a company you do not ever want to have anything to do with. They are scam artists of the worse sort who provide 0 customer support and do nothing other than find ways to cheat you. I would not only recommend that you do not download this game, but any other game or app they are associated with

When Gaea took over, players were holding their breathe hoping Gaea would "fix" this game. Surprising it got worse. I dont even think anybody works at Gaea. Nobody will help with any issues. They are knowingly ripping customers off in comps. They havent updated anything in the 7 months theyve ran this game. They truly dont care if every player stopped playing. In fact, I feel like they want this game to die off. Dont waste your time playing, its not worth it. Ive deleted the app after almost 5 years of playing. I was a die hard. Id sign on 20+ times a day, Invested thousands, was current on all gear, had strong Knights, and monster Heros, yet I see no reason to continue playing. This game is gonna fade away soon. I blame Kabam for selling it to an incompetent company. Thanks Gaea for ruining a perfectly fine game. Stay away!!!

Ive played for years now.

They have stolen from me for the last time. In game purchases are not delivered as advertised and support is nothing but delay tactics until you give up and quit. Well congratulations Gaea - I quit.

Stopped playing the game a while back was trying to get back in only to find I would be billions behind everyone. Need a new world to make it worth trying again.

Played game for several years. Spent money. Customer service worse every year, but has gotten much worse since Gaea took over. Im currently locked out of my account for two days and Gaea customer support ignoring me. They respond slowly, and then with responses that show they havent even read your issue description. In addition to my personal annoyance game is also frequently unavailable under maintenance with maintenance windows exceeded at times. Just sorry I wasted time and money here. If you havent already started playing, dont. Its dying fast and Gaea speeding that process along.
