I had an issue with the game and contacted Gaea a week ago. A week later and I still do not have a response except for the initial automated response. There is no customer service. They just ignore you. Dont waste any money on this game.

Ive been playing for years now and I gotta say its amazing, you dont have to pay and you can still be good. This game is really fun

The last Grail Wars (GW) was a joke the whole alliance could not play all marches where froze 22 players I wrote up a ticket no response that was last week 4/12/16. Way to go Gaea. You dont seem much better than Kabam! Did you hire all of Kabams non customer support staff?

They have horrible customer service and dont care to fix any glitches

The worst part of this game is the glitches. People have to spent a ton of money to compete, while others are defrauding iTunes to play. That aside those of us who do pay money get ripped off by constant glitches during crucial events and gaea will not respond to your customer service mails. They finally respond a week-10 days after the fact and will not acknowledge there was a problem even though 100 people plus have complained. Kabam(former owners) were bad customer service but they at least took responsibility. Gaea is greedy and do not spend a dime on this game they are thieves. You will get addicted i suggest stay far far away!!!

Perfect... Reflection of how horrible kabam is... I bet all kabam is, is some kid on mommys computer royaly screwing people for their money...
