The game is glitchy and customer support is understaffed and have no empowerment to help players. Customer concerns and issues are treated like made up stories; were constantly made to feel like cheaters who are trying to get something over on kabam and issues are regularly closed without any resolution. Ive been playing for years, and kabam continues to get worse and worse in they way they treat paying customers. Dont get sucked in-- kabam will take something fun and absolutely erode the experience over time.

I originally rated it 4/5. Avoid all Kabam products. The company is crudely in it for the money.

So far I just started the game like a month ago and its great. But I have one suggestion, can u have a polish player profile picture. I know in the shop u can buy American, Spanish, German, French, Russian, and Australian, play profiles. Can u make a polish player profile, it would be good because the second best alliance is all polish and most of those players would be willing to buy gems to get the player profile. Plz add this, it will make this game better

...and Ive played them ALL from Game of War to Boom Beach. This NOT a pay to play game. Most of these other games require huge amounts of money just to advance. Not so with this one. You can protect enough resources to advance unlike some of these other games. There is always something to do from exploring with heroes to participating in continuous in game competitions. Some of these competitions give prizes just for training troops! Meaning you win prizes for FREE. Of course you have to spend money if you want to be among the best that is true of ANY game. But it wont break the bank if you know what your doing. If you dont know what you re doing see Sirmann in Pendragon 131 Ill show you the ropes. Ive been playing for 4 years

This is a brilliant game and I know lots of people say airs jst for the money but that is actually an option and those people are jst lazy

all of Kabams games are of the same bones with mildly different aesthetics. they are bad games meant to exploit people with addictive personalities. this game is nothing but a game of chicken where the winner is whoever continues to pay Kabam thousands of dollars for longest; but theres no real winner in that.

If you enjoy giving money to a deliberately deceitful company whos only goal is to squeeze as much money out of you as possible - then you may like this game. If you want to be competitive at all count on spending thousands of dollars and only receiving a portion of what in game offers suggest you will receive. Then count on sloppy programming to cause you to loose all the ground youve gained so that they can try to squeeze even more money out of you to start all over.

This game is sooo much like game of war. Its basically a rip off. But dont let me stop you from getting it. IT HAS ITS OWN BACKGROUND FOR CRYING OUTLOUD. But it is a very good game

Ive seen a lot of reviews that say this game is a rip off of CoC or Game of War. What they dont understand is KoC has been out for like 5 years. This is the original of its kind, and KoM was just as good. While the games maker (Kabam) has shown its greed over the year s and has had poor customer service, as long as you dont plan on spending any money and are fine with competing but not winning the TOP prizes ... Than this game will always be the best of kind in terms of strategic war games.

Kabam is a greedy company that cares only about money. However, Ive been playing for four years and havent spent a penny and Im enjoying myself. While Ill never be among the best, Im doing just fine. If you find a good alliance, the game is great and fun to play. Theres always something to do, whether it be campaigning, exploring, or surveying, so youll never be bored and without anything to do, as in Clash of Clans. I suggest the game, but well see what changes when Gaea replaces Kabam

Awesome game that takes time and dedication. I only wish I could reassign more troops like they did in The Hobbit.

The support team needs to get in trouble for plagiarism. I mean come on they copy the same message and send it to everyone no matter what the problem is. If you play this game dont get a problem there wont be a fix. Boomerz 125, 116

Only gripe I have is this game is not connected to the Facebook KoC game which would be cool. You could build stuff for it on the go. Still an awesome game though.

They steal your money, in order to compete now you need to spend money to even have the slightest chance against bigger players. Stupid game. Unfair.

I have been playing this game for a while. It is definitely a pay to win game -- the more money you throw away for their expensive IAPs the faster you can upgrade. Most times this is bearable but recently theyve added an completely unclosable advertisement right when you open (you have to click the ad and goto the website to close it)

This game is a troll haven with mean and hateful sickos trolling global chat 24/7. Admins do nothing to stop them because there are no live admins. Keep your children away from this. The game is very costly to play of you want to compete on any level. The worst customer service of any game I have ever played. I have held the number 1 spot in my world 3 times and have spent way to much to do so. Now I couldnt even break into the top 20 without dropping 10,000 us dollars. One player spends 100,000 dollars a month. Think I am full of it? How does a free to play company gross 400 million in 2014. Google it my friend. I know players who have also dropped over a 100k total on the game. To top it off they are highly deceptive and dishonest with in game purchase offers. I have been royally screwed to the point where I no longer spend. Best of luck of you play this. You have been warned.

Ive played a ton of pay to play games like Game of war, and I will be the first to tell you this is not like that. I dont write reviews at all so you should that I really approve of this game, and you really should give it a shot, itll be worth it trust me.
