Dear Gaea,
We have had enough so its quite simple : We are on GemStrike until YOU fix OUR game.
The current "customer service team " is apparently unaware of the game mechanics and seemingly unwilling to enact a change or find suitable solutions. We are demanding a customer support team that truly understands all aspects of this game. We will no longer be silenced by the customer support blow-off lines such as "we will discuss things with the development team" and "I am sorry for your issue". Responses like these are not acceptable. We demand action regarding our complaints, not words designed to shut us down.
Prizes/Competitions
The continued disregard for player longevity is clear in what you offer up as prizes to us. The constant Divine15 competitions, when the minimum knight required to be able to effectively compete is a Divine25, are of no use to any player. The gear TK comps still handing out Season5 gear and Knightmare gear is extremely outdated and requires urgent attention. A player cannot successfully TK using Season 5 and Knightmare gear. The knight takeover system is destroying gamers hard work also. We would like to see a toggle switch that allows players to lock their Marshall in place so that knight knocking cannot occur due to an accidental knight reinforcing. Additionally, Merlin Madness has been a disgrace. StoneSkins and blood frenzies are not premium items and should be removed!
We are United. We are Serious. We are on a total GemStrike! Both free and purchased gems will not be used in game until we are heard. We urge you take our demands seriously or we will continue to organize more extensive future gem strikes. Ignoring our plea will only cause further revenue drop, player desertion and ultimately the unfortunate,and very avoidable, death of this game.
