Not able to claim prize

Grail Wars is about the only thing I live for! Grail wars is still very glitchy! Still have marches frozen get kicked out cant see reports need I go one? The rest of the game is dead it cost to much and you give to little for that cost and the things you give are outdated and useless. You take weeks to respond and never seem to understand the issue. I never thought Id say this but Kabam was better than you!
