Kabam is a greedy company that cares only about money. However, Ive been playing for four years and havent spent a penny and Im enjoying myself. While Ill never be among the best, Im doing just fine. If you find a good alliance, the game is great and fun to play. Theres always something to do, whether it be campaigning, exploring, or surveying, so youll never be bored and without anything to do, as in Clash of Clans. There have been some major glitches, especially in grail wars, and customer service is dreadful, but just dont spend money and the game is great.

I been playing this for years

Nothing but glitches lately!!! When something goes wrong and you need to talk to customer service, it usually takes 2 days to get a single message from anybody, the error usually doesnt get corrected and the rep helping you usually closes your ticket before youre satisfied. If it was a phone call, it would be like them hanging up on you basically. Missing gems, missing inventory items, missing troops, your odds of winning anything decent in any purchased chests are absolutely ridiculous. Ive played for three years, spent thousands, and Ive never been surprised by winning anything exciting. They have chest that you could win 1 million gems... I play in 10 active worlds, Ive never met a single player that has won anything over 1000 gems. False hope on virtually every purchase. Very stingy. You can play clash of clans, and win 500 gems on any given day, without really trying. Youre lucky if you can win 5 gems from kingdoms of Camelot in a week. Every time I contact customer service at Kabam, I feel insulted. I even had a rep try to tell me i purchased 5 hour glasses for 63 gems. Do the math Kabam, that means I spent 12.6 gems on each hourglass. Koc does not sell gems by the .1!?!?! I can go on and on telling you my stories.... If you dont spend in kingdoms of Camelot, its a fun game... You will always be way behind everyone, but it can be fun..... If you spend money, you will get bent over at some point. I guarantee it. If youre looking for a fare war playing game, look elsewhere.

Stopped playing the game a while back was trying to get back in only to find I would be billions behind everyone. Need a new world to make it worth trying again.

You want a game/compan that commits fraud and customer service is absolutely the worst.

This game has gotten worse every update they make it impossible to even give this game a 2 star if I could I would give this game zero stars. The game constantly requires a restart simple commands and attacks take forever to load and they do nothing about the big attack cheat. There attempt at making the game fair by teleporting cities has been turned into a disadvantage. I use to be able to find the guys who attack my cities now they run after attacking and normally thats fine because of defenses but now the defense to attack ratio is all off. I can at best assign the bare minimum of troop numbers to defend a city without reinforcements. Even then it doesnt matter because even if I have equal number of troops and type as the attacking player my city loses because of some bull. The game makes it impossible to properly defend myself without doves and even then it has a stupid drawback. Game needs a massive overhaul otherwise dont bother. This use to be fun this use to be full of energy now hell last week I got attacked seven times in a row while I was away. In normal games now that happens you get some form of protection but here nothing. You can try reclaiming the lost resources but chances are the city moved so all that time wasted. I barely play this game now because its so stupid and glitchy the game has gotten worse every week it seems and all of its updates should have been used in the first place. The game needs someone who actually points out the dumb stuff the gameplay has and maybe it might be fun

Please dont abandon the game

Too many glitches and lack of customer support. They have no problem taking your money. Their campaign King disappears every 3 days and you have to redownload. If you buy Grail fragments they will be stolen therefore you lose money. The prizes are very minimal and when playing madness you will get the minimal prize 95% of the time so dont waste your time or money on this app.

Support is a joke. Never get help there only " we know this isnt the answer you were hoping for". The answer I was hoping for was they would fix the problem.

Ive spent a lot of money on this in the pass few day just to find out the game is having a glitch and it wont let me play! Not far from the sf office. "I will get my money back"!!!

They put spend event and stuff that you can win for "free" in the campaign and as soon as you get it and the game gets restarted you lose it. Ive contacted the support and all I got was an automated response telling me it was none of their business. A lot of people who play(ed) this game have the same problem. If you got the money to spend over and over for the same thing, go for it start playing but there are better things to blow your money on. If not move on. I quit this game after playing it for 4.5 years! They become more money hungry everyday. They just lost a user.

DO NOT download! 1) support never resolves game issues to your detriment 2) Kabam only want to take money from you 3) it is a KaSCAM Conclusion: avoid like the plague

Its my Favorite game on my phone its so much fun hobbit is also awesome theyre both amazing games/ get it / three thumbs up.

This game is very glitchy. I have experienced numerous glitches within the past two days. But, if they got the glitches fixed, this would be a 5 star game. It is a great game for anyone, whether they be looking to spend a lot of time on it or not. There are many really cool features unlike any other game on the App Store. It is defiantly better than clash of clans. Really, the only problems, which they have always had, are the glitches. They add so many things, it is hard to not have glitches. I think they are doing a good job.

Game is full of cheaters. The only way you will get anywhere in the game is to load up scripts to get a advantage over the other player which kabam allows. If the didnt you wouldnt see people with 100 million in might.
